2011 brings a very special exhibit for the artists of The Ani Art Academy Waichulis, our inaugural biennial homecoming exhibit: Capturing Realism. This exhibit features all of the AAAW artists that you have become so familiar with over the years and introduces you to a new generation. Not only does this year celebrate the first exhibit under our new banner of the Ani Art Academies, but for the first time it opens the roster to include two other celebrated studios using the Waichulis training system, Jahn Studios and The Studio of Joel Carson Jones. This unprecedented collaboration brings nearly forty stellar Realist artists together in a celebration of their craft.
Our home for Capturing Realism, The Pauly Friedman Art Gallery (Misericordia University-Dallas, PA) is a stunning 2,700 square foot space in the newly opened Insalaco Hall. Again, this year offers our biggest salvo of talent ever— so come and join us for this amazing event!
